(12/22/13) Cumberland â Michael J. Winslow, 61, of Diamond Hill Road died Thursday, December 19, 2013 after a valiant battle with multiple myeloma.
Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late Joseph J. and Theresa (Lavallée) Winslow, he had lived in Cumberland for all of his life.
Michael was a pipeline technician for Spectra Energy working in Burrillville. He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, and a member of the First Spiritualist Church of Rhode Island, East Providence.
John is survived by his sister, Paula L. Kiley and his sister-in-law, Karen Winslow, both of Cumberland; one nephew, Samuel Kiley of Virginia; one niece, Sarah Kiley of Oregon; and his large extended family and many friends. He was the brother of the late David Winslow.
His funeral service will be held THURSDAY, DECEMBER 26 at 11 A.M. at BELLOWS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln. Burial, with military honors, will follow at Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
