(01/16/14) Coventry – George H. Michon, Jr., 73, of Hill Street died unexpectedly Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at home. Born in Central Falls, a son of the late George H. and Hazel R. (Williams) Michon, he had lived in Coventry over 25 years. Mr. Michon was an engineer for Astro-Med, Warwick before retiring. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He is survived by his brother, Robert P. Michon and his wife, Jeanne of Lincoln. He is also survived by his niece and goddaughter, Aubrey Rose Michon of Lincoln, who she affectionately called “Uncle Gosey”. His funeral will be celebrated MONDAY, JANUARY 20 at 11:00 A.M. at BELLOWS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln. Burial will be private.
