(10/26/10) John R. Dunn, Sr., “Bob”, 80, of Country Club Drive died Monday at the Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, CT. He was the husband of the late Margaret P. (Carlin) Dunn. Born in Waterbury, CT, a son of the late Edward F. and Jennie (Cunningham) Dunn, he was a Warwick resident for many years. Mr. Dunn was the president and owner of Aeqrx Technologies. He was a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians Warwick Division 1, coached C.Y.O. baseball and basketball teams, and served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He leaves 2 sons, Francis J. Dunn and his wife Nora of Phoenix and Richard A. Dunn of Pawtucket; 3 grandchildren, Colleen, Shannon, and Molly Dunn. He was the father of the late John R. Dunn, Jr. and Edward P. Dunn. He was the brother of the late Edward Dunn. His funeral will be Friday at 9 AM from the Frank P. Trainor & Sons Funeral Home, 982 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Peter Church, Fair Street, Warwick at 10 AM. Calling Hours Thursday 5-8 PM. Burial will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.
