(11/28/14) Norman M. Hill, 93, of Warwick passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2014 at West Shore Health Center. He was the beloved husband of M. Eleanor (Trachsler) Hill for 70 years.
Born in Dundee, Scotland, he was a son of the late Norman M. and Jessie (Hoskins) Hill.
Mr. Hill was a Tool Maker for Politan Tool Co. in Oakland, NJ until his retirement and served in The United States Army during WW II. He was a member of V.F.W. in Wycoff, NJ. He was a train enthusiast and enjoyed making to scale steam engines.
He was the loving father of Karen L. Hill and Leslie A. Hill, both of Warwick and the late Richard B. Hill. Cherished grandfather of five and great grandfather of eight. Caring brother of David Hill and Rita Badami, both of Florida.
Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation onMonday, December 1, 2014 from 12 Noon-1:00 pm followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 pm in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A oln I-95). Burial will be private.
