(05/04/15) Mary C. (Anderson) Kanis, 71, of Warwick passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at home. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Astrid Anderson.
Mrs. Kanis was a member of Praise Tabernacle Church.
She was the beloved mother of Kenneth L. Kanis of Johnston and Gina M. Kanis of East Providence. Loving grandmother of Justine, Ashley and Kaylee. Caring sister of Harold âButchâ Anderson of Providence, Thelma McGuirl of Saunderstown, Linda Mann of Providence, Margaret Wright of Providence and the late Nancy Anderson, Shirley Spreader and James Anderson.
Relatives and friends are invited to Calling Hours on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 5:00-7:00 pm in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95).
