(06/16/15) MOORE, Helen A. (Smith), 91, formerly of West Warwick, passed away Monday, June 15, 2015 at Kent Hospital.
She was the wife of the late Kenneth D. Moore. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Alice (Gallagher) Smith. She was a resident of West Warwick for most of her life.
Mrs. Moore was a volunteer for over 40 years with Kent Hospital Volunteer Services.
She is survived by three sons, Kenneth E. Moore of Coventry, Dennis A. Moore of Warwick and Bradley P. Moore of West Warwick; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, June 18, 2015 from 4-7 pm in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence St., West Warwick. Interment will be private.
