(12/12/10) CUMBERLAND - Marjorie A. (Wilkinson) Mutter, 82, died Friday, December 10, at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of the late Rudolph E. Mutter, Jr.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Frederick J. and Dorothy E. (Whitman) Wilkinson, she had lived in Cumberland since 1966.
Mrs. Mutter was the co-founder and bookkeeper of Twin City Marine, and previously worked in Payroll Department for the former Pawtucket Institute of Savings.
She was a member of the Pearl Promenade and the St. John Vianney Seniors, and a communicant of St. John Vianney Church, Cumberland.
She is survived by one daughter, Cynthia Ann Foster of Kissimmee, FL; two sons, Keith Mutter and Rudolph E. Mutter, III, both of Cumberland; one sister, Dorothy Kolodziej of Cumberland; one brother, Dennis Wilkinson of Cranston; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was the twin sister of the late Margaret Postle, and the sister of the late Frederick Wilkinson, Jr. and Myrtis Moody.
Her funeral will be held, WEDNESDAY, December 15, at 8:45 a.m. from the BELLOWS-FALSO FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. John Vianney Church, 3655 Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland.
