(12/02/15) David P. Ramsey, 71, of West Chester, PA, formerly of Warwick, passed away on November 27, 2015. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Peter and Mary (Morgan) Ramsey.
David attended Upsala College and Brown University. He was considered one of the worlds consummate dog groomers and breeders of champion Bedlington Terriers and Morgan Horses. He showed and bred many great dogs including Willow Wind Centurion, a #1 terrier in the USA. David was active in the Bedlington Terrier Club of America, AKC and American Morgan Horse Association. He traveled and was known world-wide as the expert in Bedlington Terriers.
David is survived by his brother, Edward A. Ramsey (Doris) of Sebastian, FL; 1 niece, 3 nephews, 1 great-niece and 3 great-nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation on Monday, December 7, 2015 from 10:00-11:00 am followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95). Burial in All Saints Cemetery.
