(04/25/16) Gallucci, Anna ( Funaro), 90, formerly of Providence Street, West Warwick, passed away Saturday morning, April 23, 2016 at Riverview Healthcare Community, Coventry.
She was the beloved wife of the late John Gallucci, Jr. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Lucio and Mary (Scorpio) Funaro.
She is survived by three sons, John Gallucci of Delray Beach, FL, Joseph Gallucci and David Gallucci, both of Johnston; two daughters, Judy Bentley of Richmond, and Cynthia Ventura of West Greenwich; a brother, Anthony Funaro of Johnston. Mrs. Gallucci also leaves, five grandchildren, John and Ryan Gallucci, Anthony and Arianna Ventura and Alex Ventura and two great grandchildren, Kelsey Gallucci and Lily Harper Gallucci. She was mother of the late Michael Gallucci and sister of the late Louise Funaro, Lotti Funaro, Rose Silva, Theresa Jarvis and Louis Funaro.
Her funeral will be held Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 9:00 am from the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence St. West Warwick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am in SS. John & James Parish of St. John the Baptist Church, 20 Washington St., West Warwick. Interment will follow at RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours are Wednesday, 5-8 pm.
