(12/13/11) Cheryl G. Krawchuk, 66, of Washington Street, West Warwick, RI, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2011 at home. Born in Providence, RI she was the daughter of the late John T. and Phyllis D. (Hallene) Krawchuk, Sr. Cheryl was an antique collector and seller for many years. She is survived by a nephew; Eric D. Barr. She was predeceased by a brother; John T. Krawchuck, Jr.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 16, 2011 at 10:00 am in the St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 389 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick, RI. Burial will be private and is under the direction of Gorton-Menard Funeral Home and Crematory.
