(12/15/10) Phyllis D. Krawchuk, 93, of Washington Street, West Warwick, RI, passed away on Monday, December 13, 2010 at home.
Born in Warwick, RI, she was the daughter of the late Charles Hallene and the late Gertrude (Johnson) Hallene. Mrs. Krawchuk was a secretary, formerly employed by Stanley Bostitch before retiring.
She was predeceased by her husband; John T. Krawchuk, Sr., and her son; John T. Krawchuk, Jr. She is survived by a daughter; Cheryl G. Krawchuk and a grandson; Eric D. Barr.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for Friday, December 17, 2010 at 10:00 am at the St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 389 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick, RI. Burial will be private.
