(09/05/11) St. JEAN, Anne Marie (Lavoie), 99, of Standard Ave., West Warwick, passed away Monday morning, Sept. 5, 2011 at West View Health Care Center.
She was the wife of the late Theodore J. âTedâ St. Jean. Born in Mt. Carmel, Canada, a daughter of the late Antoine and Leda (Desjardins) Lavoie. She was a resident of West Warwick for most of her life.
Mrs. St. Jean was a communicant of Christ the King Church and a member of the Ladies of St. Anne at St. John the Baptist Church.
She is survived by her six children, Lucy Sutyla of Foster, Marie âAlmaâ Marro of West Warwick, Denise C. Roch of West Warwick, Jude D. St. Jean of West Warwick, Louise C. Pastore of Hope and Claude T. St. Jean of Chepachet; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by five brother and three sisters.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011 at 10 am in Christ the King Church, 120 Legris Avenue, West Warwick. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
