(05/06/12) John T. Kulacz, 70, of Ottawa Street, West Warwick, RI, passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at home. Born in Pawtucket, RI, he was the husband of the late Roberta L. (Lopes) Kulacz and the son of the late John L. and Agnes (McHugh) Kulacz.
John was a Kitchen Production Manager for LaCroix Catering for many years. He is survived by two sons; J. Todd Kulacz and J. Eric Kulacz, two daughters; Audrey M. Jorge and Julie Kulacz, a stepson; Russell St. Jean, a stepdaughter; Renee St. McPherson, a brother; Raymond Kulacz, a sister; Agnes Martin, five grandchildren, five step grandchildren, a good friend; Denise Harrington and former wife; Ann Kulacz.
Calling hours are Thursday, May 10, 2012 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home & Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
