(03/04/13) Priscilla F. (Tyrrell) Puchalski, 95, of Warwick passed away Saturday, March 2, 2013 in the care of the devoted staff of Summit Commons. She was the wife of the late Chester J. Puchalski. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Martha (Roberts) Tyrrell.
Mrs. Puchalski was a member of St. Gregory The Great Church and a past member of many groups and organizations.
She was the beloved mother of Barbara A. Naylor of North Port, Florida and Deborah J. Badessa of Warwick. Caring sister of Lucille Caracuzzo of Jupiter, Florida and the late Lester Tyrrell, Annie L. Sneck and Jeannette Tuffy. Cherished grandmother of five, great-grandmother of four and great great-grandmother of one.
Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation on Thursday from 8:00-9:30 am in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Route 5, Warwick (Exit 12A on I-95) followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Gregory The Great Church, 360 Cowesett Road, Warwick. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to The Alzheimer\'s Assn., 245 Waterman St., Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906 would be appreciated.
