(11/19/13) Rideout, James âJimâ F., 64, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence. He was the devoted husband of Lori Ann (Cardoza) Rideout of Coventry. Born in Malden, MA he was the son of the late James F. and Alice E. (French) Rideout.
Jim was employed by United States Gypsum Company for 41 years. He was in the United States Army and was a former member of Valley Country Club.
Besides his wife Lori, he is survived by a brother Larry Rideout and his wife Patty of Woburn, MA; four nieces: Kristen, Lisa, Nicole and Aimee; three step children: Ronald K. Morales of Coventry, Lauren A. Morales of Cranston and Randy E. Morales of Coventry and three grandchildren. He is predeceased by his brother Rod Rideout.
A funeral service will be held at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home & Crematory, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick on Saturday, November 23 at 9 AM followed with interment at RI Veterans Cemetery in Exeter with Military Honors. Calling hours will be Friday from 4-8 PM. Flowers are kindly omitted.
