(12/01/11) Jo-Ann H. Welch, 57, of Curson Street, West Warwick, RI, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at RI Hospital, Providence, RI. Born in West Warwick, she was married to William C. Welch for thirty-three years and was the daughter of Yvonne (Calci) and the late Russell Tourgee. She was a bus aid for handicapped children for Laidlaw Transit of West Warwick for twenty-five years leaving due to illness.
Jo-Ann leaves a son; Courtland W. Welch, a daughter; Jessica (Welch) Ricci, a brother; Russell Tourgee, four sisters; Charlene Denommee, Donna Casimiro, Brenda Petrozzi and Pamela Northup, three grandchildren; Anastasia and Elizabeth Welch and Ashley Ricci.
