(09/29/14) Paul H. St. George, 65, of Leisure Way, Coventry, RI, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at home. Born in Providence, RI, he was the husband of Edith E. (Sweet) St. George. They were married for forty-five years. He was the son of the late Norman and Rose (Sousa) St. George.
Paul was a truck driver for thirty-five years for Sunbeam Bread Company until retiring. He was also a truck driver for Jerry\'s Supermarket and Better Value Stores, CT.
Besides his wife he is survived by a brother; Robert St. George and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother; Peter St. George.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 6:00 pm in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Calling hours will be held prior from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Burial will be private.

(10/01/14) Maria C.Lutraria, (Izzo), 80, of Northrup Street died Tuesday at Kent Hospital. She was the wife of Robert I. Lutrario.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Domenico and Matilda (Santamaria) Izzo, she had been a Warwick resident for over 50 years.
Besides her husband, she leaves two sons, Robert I. Lutrario, Jr. and his wife Miguela of Warwick; Kenneth M. Lutrario and his wife Kristine of Cranston; four daughters, the late Roberta A. Colvin and her husband Peter; Deborah L. Gregory and her husband Donald of Riverside; Vicki L.Venditelli and her husband Andrew of Coventry and Heidi M. Nadeau and her husband David of Warwick; a sister, Anna Argenti of North Providence;
Eleven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Joseph, Thomas, Mario and Anthony Izzo.

Armand "Cowboy" D Boudreau, Sr. - , RI
(10/02/14) BOUDREAU, Armand D. Sr., âCowboyâ, 90, formerly of Coutu Court, West Warwick, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014 at Bethany Home of RI in Providence.
He was the husband of Doris M. (Joyal) Boudreau, they had been married for 65 years. Born in Warwick, he was the son of the late Conrad and Laure (Matteau) Boudreau. He was a lifelong resident of West Warwick.
Mr. Boudreau enlisted with the U.S. Army during World War II and the Korean Conflict before retiring after serving 20 years. He was a lifetime member and three-time past commander of the Sgt. David Langevin VFW Post #449 and the West Warwick American Legion Post 2.
Mr. Boudreau met his wife Doris at the USO in Providence and they were married January 29, 1949 in St. John the Baptist Church in West Warwick. He had a very distinguished military career including combat operations during WW II and the Korean Conflict. He joined the U.S. Army in 1942, the day after the bombing of Pearl Harbor, at age 17 and spent 20 years serving his nation. He served in the Army as a tank commander under General Patton and fought in the most significant tank battles this nation has ever seen. He survived the Normandy Beach invasion, the Battle of the Bulge and drove a tank through the outskirts of Berlin, downtown Paris and Tokyo during World War II. He was in Korea when the Chinese crossed the border Christmas day 1950 and was part of the campaign to push the Chinese back to the 38th parallel. He retired in 1962 as a Sergeant First Class out of Natick, Massachusetts. Mr. Boudreau was a highly decorated solider with numerous Campaign Awards.
A very generous man who would give you the shirt off his back, Mr. Boudreau enjoyed fishing, hunting, collecting junk, marching in parades, watching stock car racing, walking, eating ice cream and drinking coffee at the local diners. He was also very active in local organizations and his accomplishments include erecting memorials for fallen veterans and every Memorial Day for decades he placed American flags at veteranâs memorial sites and graves.
Besides his wife he leaves his children, Laure M. Paul of Warwick, Armand D. Boudreau, Jr. of Colorado Springs, CO, Keith P. Boudreau of Crestview, FL and Renee J. DeMello of Warwick; a sister, Yvette Halleck in Stephentown, NY; eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
His funeral will be held on Monday, Oct. 6, 2014 at 9 am from the HENAULT-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy St., West Warwick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am in St. John the Baptist Church, Washington St., West Warwick. Interment will follow with military honors in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. (10/03/14) Coventry - Claude D. âSkipâ Pendegraph, 69, of Waterman Hill Road, Greene, died Monday, September 29, 2014 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence surrounded by his loving family. He was the cherished husband of Carolyn L. (Meek) Pendegraph.
Born in Charlotte, NC, the son of the late Sam D. and Shirlie V. (Smith) Pendegraph, he lived in Coventry for the past 27 years. Skip served in the United States Coast Guard for 22 years retiring in 1987 with the rank of Chief Warrant Officer. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Power Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston in 1983 while serving in the Coast Guard.
He was a former member of the Board of Directors for the Greene Public Library Association and the Western Coventry Fire District and former President of the Moosup Valley Fire Station. He loved to play golf and was a member of the Y2K League at Foster Country Club.
Skipâs family remembers him as a kind, helpful and outgoing man. They will never forget all of his wonderful \"big bear\" hugs, his blueberry pancakes, and the fact that, âIf you needed to know what to do, call Skipâ.
In addition to his wife he is survived by two step-children: David Brady & his wife Nina Mushell of Santa Clara, CA and Valerie L. Born in New York City, NY, the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (McMorrow) LaDonnick, she lived in Jamaica & Levittown, NY before moving to Coventry in 1997.
She is survived by two sons: Robert W. Ryan & his wife Nanci of Narragansett and Douglas E. Ryan & his wife Anne of Coventry; one daughter, Patricia L. Ryan of Puno, Peru and she was a loving âNannieâ to Casey, Michael, Maura, Dennis, Bridget, Patrick and Wilson. She was the sister of the late Paul LaDonnick and Christine Collis.
Her family remembers her as a woman who was loving, caring and faith-filled. She had a great sense of humor; was an avid reader and a lover of nature and animals.

Daniel C Murphy - , RI
(10/04/14) Daniel C. Murphy, 80 of Eagle Run, died Wednesday, October 1st, 2014, at Kent Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Catherine M. (Goodwin) Murphy for the past fifty-five years.
Born in Killorglin, County Kerry, Ireland, a son of the late Daniel and Eileen (Cahillane) Murphy, he came to the United States in 1950, where he lived in Providence for thirty-five years, before moving to East Greenwich.
Dan was a code enforcement supervisor for the City of Providence Redevelopment Agency for thirty years, retiring in 1986. He was also the owner of Shannon Industrial Cleaning Company.
Mr. Murphy served his country proudly in the United States Army.
As an avid golfer, in Rhode Island and Florida, Dan was fortunate enough to have achieved two holes-in-one during his play in Naples where he wintered. He was proud of his Irish heritage.
He was a communicant of Our Lady of Mercy Church, a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, the Shamrock Society of North Providence and South County, and the Sons of Irish Kings.
In addition to his wife Catherine, he leaves three daughters, Eileen A. Mullaney and her husband John, Maureen E. Murphy and her companion Albert Paranzino, Kathleen A. Murphy and her husband David; two sons, Daniel C. Murphy, Jr. and his wife Ann Marie, Patrick O. Murphy and his wife Jean; a brother, James Murphy; two sisters, Deborah OâNeill and Kathleen Murphy; and ten loving grandchildren. He was a brother of the late Mary Murphy.

(10/06/14) Gladys B. Mansfield, 99, formerly of Bellman Avenue and West Bay Manor, died Saturday, October 4, 2014 at the Scandinavian Home in Cranston. She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur G. Mansfield to whom, at the time of his death on February 3, 1988, she had been married 46 years.
Born in Providence, the daughter of the late Gordon and Elizabeth (Gretton) Bannister, she graduated from Central High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society. She worked as a bookkeeper for Dr. Kenneth Burton retiring in 1970.
She was a member of Woodbury Union Church Presbyterian, Warwick where she served as the Flower Coordinator. She loved to read, especially novels, and she enjoyed cooking. She was a member of the Asbury Coasters and she enjoyed camping with the âTrail Dustersâ.
She is survived by one son: David R. Mansfield & his wife Roberta of Cranston; one daughter: Carol E. Sullivan & her husband Walter of Warwick; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Elsie Pierce, Gordon and Marjorie Bannister.

(10/06/14) Guy Mather, 56, of Stevens Drive, died Saturday, October 4, 2014 at home surrounded by his loving family after a very brief battle with an aggressive form of cancer. He was the beloved husband of Luanne M. (Lima) Mather with whom he celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary on March 11, 2014.
Born in Warwick, he was the son of the late Walter and Elizabeth J. (Cronenweth) Mather, Jr. A finished cabinet maker by trade, Guy was the owner of Coastal Installation Concepts Inc. of West Warwick.
When he wasnât working Guy enjoyed riding one of his three motorcycles. He and his wife rode together on long road trips, especially to New Hampshire and New York. He also enjoyed playing in chariable golf tournaments.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children: Jason and Jennifer Mather; one sister: Gay Mather and two brothers: Mark and Shawn Mather. He was the grandfather of Kylie M. Raposo and the nephew of Joye & James Greenhalgh.
Guy is being remembered as a self-made, selfless man. He was a great provider and helped many people in his short life.

Mr. Gelinas was a truck driver for Ryder System and prior he was a toolmaker. He was a graduate of Toll Gate High School. He enjoyed music and the theatre.
He was the beloved father of Michael R. Gelinas and Andrew A. Gelinas, both of West Warwick. Cherished grandfather of Mackenzie Faith Gelinas. Caring brother of Leo Gelinas of Warwick and Raymond Gelinas of Tennessee.

Born in Providence, the son of Howard J. and Sara (Kajean) Watson he was a hardworking, self-made business man and a dedicated father. He was an avid stock car enthusiast and a sponsor of many local racers. Donald loved a good cigar while operating his pay loader and spending time with friends. His trusting way in making an agreement made his handshake his word. He was affiliated with the Historical Construction Equipment Association, American Truck Historical Society, Little Rhody Chapter ATCA, Rhode Island Builders Association, Rhode Island Independent Contractors, Lifetime Member of the Rhode Island Troopers Association, and a friend of the Sisters of Mercy.
Mr. Watson leaves two sons, Howard J. Watson (Margaret) and Donald E. Watson Jr. and a daughter Agnes A. Shay. He also leaves a companion Brenda Landroche. He had five grandchildren: Robert D. Watson, Laura C. Watson, Virginia M. Fontana, Mary Rose Watson, and Edward Shay and two great-grandchildren. He was the brother-in-law of Etta Ricci and the brother of the late Howard J. Watson.

Captain Kelley served with the West Warwick Fire Department for 30 years before retiring in 1991. He was a Korean War Army Veteran, communicant of SS. Peter & Paul Church, member of the American Hunting Club, Troutâs Unlimited, RI Salt Water Anglers and the Special Signal Organization.

(10/12/14) Cumberland â Joseph D. Carbon, 86, of Evergreen Street died Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Mount St. Ritaâs Health Centre, Cumberland. He was the beloved husband of Rita E. (Merritt) Carbon. Mr. and Mrs. Carbon were married for 62 years.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Michael J. and Loretta (Darby) Carbon, he had lived in Cumberland for the past 59 years.
Mr. Carbon was the office manager for the Fanning & Doorley Construction Company, Forte Bros. Construction Company and Universal Construction before retiring in 2003. He was a graduate of St. Paulâs Grammar School and LaSalle Academy, and was a 1951 graduate of Providence College.
He was a Fire Warden of the Cumberland Hill Fire District and a member of the Cumberland Democratic Party Committee. He was an avid New England Patriots fan.
Mr. Carbon was a communicant of Historic St. Josephâs Church, Ashton.
Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Kathleen M. Keaney of Norton, MA; one son, Joseph M. Carbon of Charlestown; two grandsons, Brian C. Keaney (Allison) of Norton, MA and Kevin J. Keaney of Somerville, MA; two great granddaughters, Corinne and Aislinn Keaney of Norton, MA; and one sister-in-law, Sr. Madeleine Merritt, IHM of Scranton, PA.

Sarah "Sally" (Melville) Belluso - , RI
(10/14/14) Sarah \"Sally\" (Melville) Belluso, of Nazareth, Pennsylvania, formerly of Warwick, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2014, with her daughter Diane by her side. Sally was born in Providence, Rhode Island, on August 10, 1930, the daughter of the late Martin J. and Sadie (Walsh) Melville.
A Warwick resident until moving to Pennsylvania four years ago, Sally graduated from St. Xavierâs Academy, and earned degrees from Bryant College and the University of Rhode Island. Sally overcame a handicap by learning to type rapidly with one hand. She worked as a civilian secretary for the US Navy and Air Force with top level clearances, working overseas at military bases in South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Germany, and Saudi Arabia before returning to the States and working at Quonset Naval Base.
Sally was a lifelong Democrat with a great interest in local and national politics, working for several local candidates. She fought hard for Rhode Islanders in need with her involvement in the Coalition for Consumer Justice and started a child abuse prevention organization. Sally also volunteered with the Muscular Dystrophy Association, which helped her immensely when her son was young. Sally valued education and enrolled at URI in her mid-60\'s, earning a degree in Social Work.
She is survived by her two loving daughters: Sandra (son-in-law Henry) Suarez of Gardnerville, Nevada, and Diane (son-in-law John) Bucci of Easton, Pennsylvania, and five cherished grandchildren: Nicholas and Katrina Suarez of California, Daniel Suarez of Wyoming, and Andrew and Allison Bucci of Pennsylvania. She was predeceased by her beloved son, John M. Belluso. She was the sister of the late Sister Mary J. Claver, RSM, Helen Charette, and Martin J. Melville, Jr. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Sally was an amazing woman, mother, aunt and friend, and she will be forever in our hearts.

(10/14/14) Eleanor I. (Hutchins) Theberge, 86, of Warwick passed away on Monday, October 13, 2014 at Roger Williams Medical Center. She was the wife of the late George E. Theberge. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Willard and Ethel (Haskins) Hutchins.
Mrs. Theberge was a Sales Associate for Fileneâs.
She was the beloved mother of Irene J. Brodeur and her husband Vincent, Ronald G. Theberge and his wife Violet, Gerald L. Theberge and his wife Carol and Duane E. Theberge, all of Warwick. Loving grandmother of Carrie Allen, Kevin Brodeur and Sherri, Eric, Scott, Jason, Michael and Melissa Theberge. Cherished great grandmother of twelve and great great-grandmother of one. Caring sister of Raymond Hutchins of Warwick, Arlene Shippee of Warwick, Marjorie Haynes of Haynes, Alaska, Suzanne Benoit of Mapleville and the late Robert, Donald, Walter, Willard and Roger Hutchins.

(10/16/14) Mary G. (Biseglio) DiCarlo, 96, of Warwick passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Sunny View Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Alfred J. \"Peanuts\" DiCarlo. Born in Cranston, she was a daughter of the late Giacomo and Rosina (Feroce) Biseglio.
Mrs. DiCarlo was a seamstress in the textile industry until her retirement. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church and its St. Ann Society. She was a member of the Ladies Garment Workers Union.
She was the beloved mother of Emilio Deac DiCarlo and his wife Mary of West Warwick, Marie Lowe and her husband Douglas of Hope Valley and Joanne DiCarlo Cardinale of Warwick. Loving grandmother of Brenda Arrigo, Deanna DiCarlo, Eric Johnson, Maria Bertino, Scott Johnson, Lauren Cardinale and Jordan Cardinale. Cherished great-grandmother of Kyle and Jared Saran, Sofia and Dominic Bertino, Olivia Arrigo, Addison and Taylor Johnson and Vera Cardinale. Caring sister of Salvatore Biseglio of Warwick, Giacomo Biseglio of West Warwick and the late Josephine Popinski, Alexander, Antonio and John Biseglio, Carmela DiFusco and Angelina Bonetti.

Richard F Kachuk - , RI
(10/16/14) Cumberland â Richard F. Kachuk, 76, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Darlene A. (Fasulo) Kachuk for 46 years. Born in Putnam, CT, he was a son of the late William and Yvette (Champagne) Kachuk. Richard enjoyed playing cards with his family and friends, he especially enjoyed spending time with his four grandchildren, Richard, Riley, Jake and Nicole. Besides his wife and grandchildren, he leaves a daughter, Tina M. Mahoney and her husband, Greg of Hope; a son, Richard D. Kachuk of Cumberland and a sister, Linda Langway of Pomfret, CT. His funeral will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. from WILLIAM W. Henry J McClarence - , RI
(10/20/14) Henry John McClarence was born July 17, 1951 to the late Harry J. and Mildred B. (Jenkins) McClarence in Peoria, Illinois. He died peacefully in his sleep at St. Elizabeth Home, East Greenwich, Rhode Island. He is survived by his sister, Victoria McClarence Murray and brother-in-law, Wallace J. Murray, Jr., of Warwick, Rhode Island.
He attended St. Maryâs School for Special Children in St. Louis, Mo., and the Holiday and Wilson schools in Pekin, Illinois. The family retired from Pekin to Venice, Florida in the early 80âs. He lived with his parents at Valencia Residences on the Gulf until the time of their deaths. Mr. McClarence enrolled as a full-time student at Loveland Center in 1994 and became a resident in the Loveland Group Home in l995. He spent vacations and holidays with the Murrays at their home on Love Lane.
Henry had many friends. He had an infectious smile and a good sense of humor. He prided himself on being a âgentlemanâ in all situations and his positive, friendly; manner made him a joy to be with.
Mr. McClarence is remembered for his performances in the Loveland Follies at the Venice Little Theatre. He had standout âstarring rolesâ and established himself as an accomplished comedian. He was a Special Olympics athlete and volunteered with Meals on Wheels and Children First.
Mr. McClarence will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. He received and gave love all of his life.
He was predeceased by his brother, Michael J. McClarence.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Saturday, October 25, at 10:00am, St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, Warwick, Rhode Island. Interment will be private, Lakeside Mausoleum, Pekin, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, prayers and donations to Loveland Center, 157 Havana Road, Venice, Florida 34292 would be appreciated. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late James A. Coates, Sr. and Mary (Martineau) Coates.
Beloved father of Anthony J. Coates and Megan L. Coates, both of West Warwick. Loving grandfather of Hailey E. Coates, Melvin M. Taylor, III, Faith Lecuive and Ryder J. Taylor.
